I recently received the following email from Clicksia:

Good news, we have removed the verified PayPal Account rule. You can now
request payment to any PayPal account! Also we have started processing
mass payments for PayPal; this means you no longer pay any fees when
receiving PayPal payments from us.

A note about E-gold, it seems that E-gold has shut down allot of its
business, hence it is no longer a stable processor for us to use. We have
already removed E-gold as an option for purchases, and once our E-gold
account is empty, we will be removing it as a payment option also. If you
would like to be paid by E-gold, please request before the option is
removed.
